It looks like the #1 question I keep getting is “When will “Front of the Class” be available on DVD and where can we buy it?” People also want to know if the movie will rerun on TV. The way it looks right now is that no, it will not rerun on TV for at least 1 year and then it might go to the Hallmark Channel.
Brad Cohen’s story will be available for purchase sometime in March in Hallmark Stores across America.
Are you planning to buy the DVD? Is it going to be for you or for someone else to watch?

I can’t wait to buy the DVD for myself and watch it again, and encourage others to watch it. Just ordered the book a few days ago and I’m excited to start reading it. I know you must’ve heard it a million times already but it’s an amazing film and story and I thank you for sharing it with the world!

I saw the movie and needless to say cried thru most of it. Brad is wonderful and we need more people, especially teachers like him. I really believe it is the very best movie I’ve ever seen and it is one you can’t forget. I want to purchase a copy of it as soon as it’s available. I’ve already call the Hallmark store and they don’t have it yet. Brad, you are blessed to have your mother and I’m sure she is blessed to have you. You both deserve the very best. THANKS

I was eagerly anticipating watching this movie when I saw the commercial/trailer for it on television, but on the day it aired, I realized I didn’t have the Hallmark channel. I’m a senior in high school and practically my entire English class, including my teacher, watched Front of the Class and loved it (some of the guys even admitted to crying during certain scenes, and that’s saying something). I was counting on a rerun on television so I could ask a friend to tape it for me, but seeing as how that won’t be for awhile, I can’t wait to get a hold of the DVD so I can see the magic for myself. =)

I DVR’d the movie so that I could watch it with my son. I can’t believe how much I cried throughout the movie. It was a wonderful protrayal of what Brad went through and how he did not let his disorder WIN. I cannot imagine how hard getting through school must have been. I work with a physician that also has Tourettes, and this has opened my eyes up even more to how hard it must have been for him to make it in his career choice also. Brad is a wonderful example of what pure determination can do for you. I can’t wait to buy this DVD when it is available.

This is one of the best movies we ever did see & want to purchase it so we can show it to our children, grandchildren & our great grandson as soon as he is older. Please let us know when it will be available. You are indeed an inspiration to all of us. Our daughter is a youth director & she will want to show it to her youth & maybe someday if you are in southern calif you can speak to them in person.
Thanks
Phyllis

I watched your movie with my entire family. Our son has Tourette and has recently learned what he has called his habbits, are actually tics. He is 11 yrs. old and your movie opened up doors for him to be able to tell us how he feels. His principal is watching the movie tonight, maybe through you, life will be a little easier on our Brandon! God Bless YOU!!!
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your movie and caring to help others through the ups & downs. You Rock! Laurie Scalf

I called two of my local Hallmark stores, to make sure I received the same answer. And yes, I certainly did. I was told “Front of the Class” will arrive in Hallmark stores just after the middle of January 2009.

I’m a full-time stay-home mom with a degree in special education and a bleeding heart for children. I’m thankful for the gift of this story and look forward to sharing it with my older children (ages 9 and 6) when it becomes available on DVD. I have already recommended the film to other teachers and moms whose paths I’ve crossed since watching “Head of the Class”, and I can’t think of a single soul who would NOT benefit from hearing this great testimony!

I am a mother of a 14 year old son with Tourette’s syndrome . I had never heard of it until summer 2008.
Since then, I have read everything possible to understand what, why, when, where…. but I just understand how my son truly feels after I saw the movie FRONT OF THE CLASS. Thank you very much for it.
Now I would like to show the movie to my son’s classmates and teachers. I promised to bring the movie to the school on January 15. Is it possible that I could buy the movie by that time?
I would like to bring an expert to the school for a seminar in the topic.

I watched your movie and it brought back memories that I had long since forgotten. You see, I grew up with TS also. I went through some of the same painful experiences. I was picked on, ridiculed, and misunderstood. It started when I was about 8 years old and I wasn’t diagnosed until I was 16. Needless to say, I went through a lot of different tics during that time. I’m 38 now, and 95% of my TS is subdued. I still twitch a little when I get nervous, but I usually can suppress it now. I missed the first 20 minutes of the movie, and would like to purchase it when it comes out on DVD.

The movie was excellent. I can’t wait to share it with my students! A great lesson on being tolerant and a great lesson for students, teachers and parents to never give up! A great example of using a disorder / situation to propel yourself forward and not to use it as a crutch to sit back and have an excuse to do nothing! 2 Thumbs Up!

Brad: The movie detailing your life was just wondeerful. I happened to see Patricia Heaton on The Rachael Ray show where she was promoting the movie. I made sure that my Tivo was set up to tape it. How I wish I had taped it on my VHS so I could have shared it with friends. I am planning on buying a copy for myself as well as for my friend, Cheryl. I cried through the entire movie, even the Hallmark commercials. You are an inspiration to all. Those children are so lucky to have you as a teacher. God bless you!

I can’t wait for this movie to be sold in Canada! I need to purchase several copies for schools, teachers and of course myself! My son had the same problems with teachers that you had, the worst part is it only happened last year! So much education still needs to be done.

Oh, how I wish we could have been set up to record this wonderful, impacting movie when it aired on Dec. 7’th. . .And it was so decently presented, containing no foul language, no bad influence of soft-porn dressing, etc., that it could be shown at church for all age groups. . .If copies of it can be made available at good, reasonable price, then I’d love to be able to buy more than one, in order to pass some along as gifts to some friends and family members. . .Please let us know when this movie becomes available for purchase AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.. Thanks so much!

Cannot wait for the DVD to be made available. I had no idea from the radio commercials this was a movie about TS and tics. My 10 year old child, with chronic motor tics, came home from school the day after it aired, telling me his substitute teacher was raving about it at school that day and told the kids they should watch it if they get a chance. Had I known it was something so connected to our lives, I would have had the dvr set to record it. It is my understanding the dvd is forthcoming quite soon, and I hope to be one of the first customers. I will be purchasing the book as well. Thanks to all involved for shedding some good light on TS and those who live with it.

I am absolutely buying this movie on DVD. First of all, because it was great! But most importantly, because my 5 year old daughter, who has Tourette’s, will need to watch it some day. She watched part of it on TV with us that night before she fell asleep, but she doesn’t even “realize” that she has TS right now. So….we will need it for later. 🙂

This movie was amazing — the story is fantastic. It will change your life. Anxious to buy it and share with others!!!!

I missed the movie but did search until I found the book. The book was excellent and also informative. My son has TS and ADHD it helped me understand the disease so much better. I have talked about this book to anyone who will listen. At work I was discussing this book and it so happened that my coworker had taped it!! I really am glad I read the book first because there is a lot more detail. On your website I found three books that are at his age level. He took them to school and the teacher is going to read them to his class. Then have him answer questions the kids will have. Thankyou Again!!! I would also love to know how much it is to have Brad come and speak? My son attends a Catholic school and we are teaching them that kids aren’t made out of the same mold. This would be something I would like to do if it is in my budget.
Thanks Again,
Amy Pederson and my son Dalton.
p.s you rock from Dalton relly

I would absolutely LOVE to buy the movie, although I just called National Hallmark today and was told it will not be available to purchase until mid-May, but I also emailed them, and that response was mid-April. So, I’m kind of confused…but I would still love to buy it! 😀
