Thank you so much for telling your story! I read your book, and saw the Hallmark movie. Last yearI found out I have Tourette Syndrome.  I&#039;m an adult. You are an example for me and many others.  You made me realize that it&#039;s okay to talk about the fact that I have Tourette.  
I use a wheelchair.  I say that it&#039;s just another mode of transportation.  I&#039;ve ajusted to using a wheelchair.  I&#039;m still adjusting to my tics. I know that neither my tics nor my wheelchair can totally define me as a person.  We learn and give/receive gifts in the most unexpected ways.  You were right when you said in your book that we all have a story.  We just have to keep listening and learning.

I will continue to be an advocate for myself and others.  I know you will do the same!
